We also assist the Administration and board members/vigilance committee with any executive and operational issues of the common areas and assets. We provide guidance in bylaw enforcement and assistance to prepare and hold any kind of home owners meetings. We participate in the collection of maintenance fees.

We advise developers on the creation and / or implementation of condominium regimes.

REAL ESTATE


We serve a wide range of parties in Real Estate and Construction.

We assist clients in buying and selling real estate, private homes, condominiums, lots/land, and commercial property.

We provide advice to national and foreign real estate developers on the acquisition and sale of property. We set up the trusts, which are required by foreigners, for the purchase of real estate.

We advise clients on legal processes, draft or vet a sales contract and negotiate its terms and conditions, ensure all contracts and obligations are enforced, handle the closing process and counsel on all aspects of the deal-making process.

CONTRACTS


We draft and negotiate all types of contracts and their terms and conditions for the rental, purchase, sale and construction of residential and commercial real estate. We are also involved in the elaboration and negotiations of contracts for financing and or loans. We draft all kinds of legal documents and agreements for real estate developers.

CIVIL LITIGATION


We defend and prosecute breach of contract actions involving real estate purchase agreements and other contract claims.

We defend and prosecute actions on behalf of cooperative shareholders and condominium unit owners, as well as cooperative boards and condominium associations relating to maintenance obligations, fiduciary duties and violation of bylaws among others actions.

We defend and prosecute in cases where the parties seek to cancel an existing lease, contract of sale or conveyance of sale.

We defend and prosecute disputes involving joint owners of property.

We handle boundary disputes and easements.
